Haircut appointments come in 30, 45 and 60 minute lengths, starting at $35, $50 and $65, with some prices higher. Color is done with Aveda's vegan permanent hair color, which the salon says covers all gray in about 30 minutes. Balayage and corrective color are priced on request, and a stylist quotes each service before it begins, since cost depends on hair density, length, the amount of design work and product used.

Each visit opens with a consultation where the guest's expectations, concerns, allergies and medical conditions are discussed. Stylists then explain the steps and the products they will use before working. Some requests are planned across more than one visit.

Bridal services include flower girl styling, shampoo and blow dry, curls, half-up and updo styles, and makeup application, with a trial makeup consultation available. A trial run is recommended a week or two before the wedding, and a Guest Services Manager coordinates scheduling for bridal parties.

Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel, and services are not refundable. Guests who often miss or move appointments must keep a credit card on file for future bookings, and the salon suggests booking the next visit at checkout. Late arrivals may have appointments shortened or moved. Makeup and extension purchases are final, and unused Aveda products bought in the salon can be exchanged for another product at regular pricing. Only the guest receiving a service may be on the styling floor, children must be watched at all times, and phones must be silenced. The salon accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal checks and cash.
