Walk-ins are welcome: you check in at the front desk. You can also join the waitlist through Online Check-In on the Great Clips website or app, which shows estimated wait times. Online Check-In is a place in line, not an appointment, and it can't be used for perms or formal updos, which most salons book ahead, so call the salon for those. When you check in you can ask for a particular stylist, though asking may lengthen the wait, and stylist schedules aren't published. The salon is open evenings and weekends, with Monday to Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM and Sunday 9 AM to 5 PM.
