The menu covers men's cuts such as fades, crew cuts, undercuts and trims, and women's cuts such as bobs, blunt cuts, bangs and layers. Children and seniors have their own haircut options, and the salon will make accommodations on request for clients with sensory or special needs. Quick touch-ups include neck trims, bang trims and beard trims, and shampoo is done with professional shampoos and conditioners. Formal styling is offered for both short and long hair. Perms are available at some locations only, so the salon should be contacted to check whether this one offers them. Hair coloring is not offered.

Walk-ins are accepted and no appointment is needed. Online Check-In, available through greatclips.com or the Great Clips app, shows estimated wait times and lets clients join the waitlist. It opens five minutes after the salon opens and may be paused when waits are long. It cannot be used for perms or formal updos, and clients cannot pick a stylist through it. A stylist can be requested at check-in, though that may lengthen the wait. Clip Notes keep technical notes on previous haircuts so that any stylist at a Great Clips salon can refer to them.

The salon takes part in Clips of Kindness, which offers complimentary clipper cuts to people undergoing cancer treatment, and in Thank a Veteran, which offers free haircuts or haircut cards to service members and veterans on Veterans Day, November 11.
