The team is organized into three stylist levels. The salon says its Level 3 Master Stylists have extensive experience and advanced certifications, and that all stylists keep up with ongoing education and training.

Beyond hair, the salon offers makeup services and waxing. Bridal hair and makeup can be done in the salon or on location. In-salon prices are $85 for down hair with curls or straightening, $100 for an updo, $140 for a bride updo and $95 for bridal makeup. On-location prices are $95, $120, $180 and $115 respectively. A bridal trial is recommended for the bride and is charged separately.

Bridal bookings need a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit to hold the date. Deposits can be paid by cash or credit card in the salon, while on-location deposits are cash only. On-location bridal services require a party of at least eight. Once the contract is signed, payment remains due even if a member of the bridal party does not have hair or makeup done on the day. Mimosas with muffins and fruit can be arranged before the wedding day for $70.

Clients can book online, view past services and rebook them, and a card on file is required to hold an appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service, and a no-show is charged the full missed appointment. The salon accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover but not checks. Gratuities are not included in listed prices and cannot be paid by credit card. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday with varying hours, and closed Sundays and Mondays.
