Booking ahead is recommended, though walk-ins are fit in when there is availability. A consultation, in person or by phone, is recommended before a color change, extensions or a smoothing treatment. Southport and Wicker Park are open from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.

Bridal services include bridal event hair and bridal event makeup, each with a trial option. Bridal and styling pricing varies by service, and full details are on the booking page. Packages and memberships are individual and non-transferable, though family members can set up their own.
