Color is the main focus. Balayage comes in four versions, from a reverse option that adds depth to overly blonde hair to a vivid version that includes lightening and a fashion shade. Highlights range from a hairline-only treatment to partial and full-head work. All-over color suits going darker, refreshing a shade, or a single solid color, while toner with a blowout tones brassiness without lightening. Root touch-ups cover grays or refresh new growth on an existing all-over color, but they do not lighten or change the current color.

Other services include haircuts, blow dries and styles (a classic wash and blowout, or hot tools for curls or a sleek finish), treatments for hair and scalp, brow waxing and brow lamination, and add-ons such as lash lifts. Add-on services must be booked with another hair service. The salon is open Monday 11 AM to 7 PM, Tuesday 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.

Booking terms ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Later changes and no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service total to the card on file, and a new deposit is needed. Deposits are non-refundable but count toward the appointment total, and one transfer to a rescheduled appointment is allowed with proper notice. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards are offered.
