GP Lash Co.

GP Lash Co. is run by Grecia, a lash artist who also owns two salons, The Aesthetique Beauty Spa LV and Aesthetica Beauty Spa & Cafe. The lash work takes place within the Aesthetica space, and alongside client appointments the business offers consulting, training for licensed professionals, and an online shop of lash products.

Visits are by appointment only. The salon doors stay locked, so clients text when they arrive and staff let them in. Every lash set is customized to the client, and clients can bring inspiration photos.

The business grew out of Grecia starting to lash part time while working a full-time job, then leaving that job to lash full time once she had built a clientele. A stated aim is to help men and women who want to build a career in lashing. The two salons also host other beauty professionals who work there as independent contractors.

Training covers the Korean lash lift. The online course, open only to licensed professionals, goes through lash anatomy, the difference between rod and shield, product selection, application and aftercare. The in-person class is hands-on, with private one-on-one or two-person sessions, and also requires a license. The business describes its training as teaching the authentic technique and calls the Korean lash lift one of the most in-demand beauty treatments.
