Clients can book brow work, from basic brow services starting at $10 for 15 minutes or more to ombre brows starting at $100 and taking two hours or more. Facials with dermaplaning are $150 for an hour, and teeth whitening is offered on its own at $120 or as a booking for two with a friend at $240. A $100 travel fee applies for mobile visits.

For lashes, full sets start at $200 and take two hours and 30 minutes, bottom lashes are $50 for 45 minutes, and removal is $35. Fills start at $50 and take 30 minutes or more. Fills must be booked within 21 days of the last appointment. Fill pricing applies when at least half the lashes remain after outgrown lashes are removed; below that, or after three weeks, a $50 up charge applies. If fewer than 40% of lashes remain or it has been 30 days or more, the full set price applies instead.

Education is a large part of the business. The online lash certification course is self-paced at $799 and covers Classic, Hybrid, Volume and Mega Volume application, with two lash certificates included. In-person training includes a certificate of completion and a lash kit valued at $600 or more. Online courses include Master Retention at $19.99 with lifetime access, and Digital Lash Wealth at $19.99, which covers pricing, branding and client flow. Clients also get $5 off their next appointment for each new client they refer, applied to that new client's first visit, with no cap.

Store policies: opened or used products cannot be refunded or exchanged. Defective items may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase. The business is not responsible for lost packages once an order has shipped.
