The color menu runs from a gloss or toner that neutralizes brassiness or adds richness and shine, which includes a professional style, to root touch-ups that cover new growth and gray and blend into existing color. All-over color applies one shade from root to end with a gloss. For more change, foil highlight and repair treatments come in accent, partial and full sizes, and The Gossip Glow Transformation combines root coverage, highlights, lowlights, gloss and a steam repair treatment in one long appointment.

Cutting is done on dry hair. The Signature Curly Cut is followed by cleansing, hydration and styling, while the Curly Clipper Cut combines dry curl cutting with clipper work for curls up to 3 inches and is not meant for longer hair. Clients who have keratin bonded extensions can book K-Tip removal, which uses a keratin bond remover and gentle detangling. The salon notes that some shedding may show, especially with extensions installed elsewhere, and shampoo and styling are not included.
