The company describes its products as non-toxic and made with wellness in mind. They are formulated with natural and organic butters, oils, essential oils and natural fragrances, and packaged in glass jars.

Sugaring is the core service, offered as full body hair removal with a particular focus on Brazilian and underarm work. Sugar paste is made from sugar, water and lemon and is removed in the direction of hair growth. The company says sugaring is less painty than waxing and tends to leave skin less irritated.

Eyebrow services include brow sculpting with wax or sugar, which covers mapping, a massage and brow gel, along with brow tinting, brow lamination and a hybrid brow tint. Permanent jewelry is a custom piece chosen by the client and micro welded on with no clasp. Chains are sterling silver or gold-filled, which the company says is tarnish free, and pieces can be made as bracelets, anklets, necklaces, rings, toe rings, hand chains, foot chains or belly chains.

Clients are asked to exfoliate 48 hours before a sugaring appointment and to skip oils, body butters and deodorant beforehand. Sugaring can be done during a menstrual cycle for clients who wear a tampon or cup. The company advises returning every 3-4 weeks, and returning within 5 weeks qualifies for the Brazilian maintenance rate.

Sugaring is done with a natural paste made from sugar, water and lemon, applied and removed with the hair growth.
