Cancellations and rescheduling need 24 hours notice. A 50% fee applies to changes made with less notice, a 100% fee applies to no-shows, and appointments more than 20 minutes late are cancelled automatically. Eyelash appointments need clean lashes, so clients without them should arrive 10 minutes early for a cleanse. Refunds are not issued for appointments. Clients unhappy with a service can get in touch within 48 hours to discuss a fix, and if an allergic reaction occurs, eyelash extensions are removed at no charge.
