Gorgeous Mane

Gorgeous Mane is owned by Giuliana Matras and runs as a one-on-one salon. Each appointment is reserved for a single client, so the stylist gives that client full attention for the whole visit, and walk-ins are not taken. The salon shares its building with two separate businesses, Joe's Barber Studio and Joe's SMP Studio, and street parking is available along Broadview Rd.

A visit begins with a conversation about the client's hair goals and what will suit their hair. Color formulas are mixed custom for each client based on hair type, starting shade and goals, and the salon groups its services into cuts and styling, color, and specialty services. Balayage pricing varies with hair length, thickness and the amount of lift needed.

Appointments can be booked online through GlossGenius at any time, or by calling or texting the salon. New clients receive 10% off their first service when they mention the offer at booking or show the contact page. The salon is open Tuesday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Thursday and Friday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and is closed Monday and Sunday.

Color is custom-mixed for each client, and each visit starts with a discussion of hair goals and what is realistic for that client's hair.
