The silk press is the core service. A standard silk press takes about 90 minutes and costs $125, including a shampoo and conditioning treatment. The Works version starts at $165, runs about 120 minutes and adds extra pampering treatments. New clients pay a $25 deposit for either. According to the salon, silk press results can last up to three weeks when its care instructions are followed.

Color is offered in three levels. Single process color, from $195 and about 150 minutes, is for gray coverage and subtle shades such as black, brown and deep reds; blondes and vibrant shades are not offered with it. Double process color, from $250 and 180 minutes or more, covers browns, coppers, reds and subtle blondes. Dimensional color, from $450 and about 240 minutes, includes shampoo and conditioning, and new clients pay a $50 deposit.

Extensions cover several methods. Clip-in extensions start at $250 and take about 150 minutes, texture-matched during the consultation. Micro link extensions start at $350 and take about 150 minutes. Traditional sew-in extensions start at $350 and take about 210 minutes: the hair is braided down, covered with a protective net, and the bundles are sewn on. The salon states these last up to six weeks with proper maintenance and recommends a shampoo and conditioning visit at around three weeks; maintenance visits start at $150. Bonded extensions, from $250, use bonding adhesive for a temporary look and must be removed at the salon. I-tip extensions, from $1,250 and about 240 minutes, are attached with cylinders. Hybrid extensions, from $1,500 and about 240 minutes, combine two techniques. Keratin bonded K-tip extensions start at $2,000, take 270 minutes or more, and are matched to the client's texture; according to the salon, they last six to eight months with proper care and need no maintenance, though shampoo and conditioning visits are recommended. Traditional installs with hair included start at $450 and take 270 minutes or more, with three hair options offered.

Booking changes should be made within 24 to 48 hours of the appointment. Late changes incur a fee of 50% of the service price, and no-call, no-show appointments incur a fee of 100%. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
