Planning starts with a review of the bone, muscle, skin, fat and fascia. Each patient receives a Healthy Aging Plan, which the clinic describes as a roadmap for their treatments, and staff review the patient's photos at each visit to track progress. The clinic's stated goal is a look it calls The Untouched Look.

Every new client is paired with a Patient Advocate, who walks them through pricing, process and booking before the in-clinic consultation and keeps a full view of their treatments and aging plan. Staff also help local and out-of-town patients plan their visits. Clients are asked to share reference photos of themselves from a time they felt they looked their best, or photos of a parent, to help plan treatment. Recommending an at-home skin regimen is part of the approach to keep results up.

Skin treatments are tailored for complex skin types, rosacea, atopic dermatitis, hormonal acne and sensitive skin. Facials run 75 minutes and use Biologique Recherche products, with each session adjusted to the client. The clinic also specializes in corrections for patients who have built up many small filler treatments over time.

Appointments need at least 72 hours' notice for changes or cancellations, and clients are asked to arrive on time; after a 15-minute grace period, an appointment may need to be rescheduled. Late cancellations, no-shows or short-notice changes may bring a non-refundable charge per hour of scheduled time, and two or more missed or cancelled appointments can lead to a deposit for future bookings. Each appointment time is reserved for one client. Before treatment, clients are advised to avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, caffeine, vitamin E, fish oil, alcohol and some herbal supplements for one to two weeks, and to check with their doctor before stopping blood thinners. The Los Angeles clinic offers attended parking for validation at a nearby lot and metered street parking. In New York, visitors check in with the doorman, who directs them to the elevator.
