Services are priced a la carte. Haircuts always include a blow-dry and style, and color services without a haircut have a blow-dry added. Starting prices include $50 for a total clipper cut, $95 for a signature haircut and style, $63 for a wash and blow-dry and $210 for a full highlight. Thick or long hair may add charges for extra time or product. An hourly add-on is available for $100, or $25 per 15 minutes.

The salon describes its service as superior and points to continual education for its team. Calecim Professional, a hair quality improvement system aimed at scalp health, thinning hair and hair thickness, is offered at the salon. Clients interested in it are invited to book a consultation to see whether they are a suitable candidate. According to the salon, visible results usually begin 6 to 12 weeks in and full results take 3 to 6 months, and results vary by individual.

Retail includes Eufora, Maria Nila, Uplift and Electric products, along with salon apparel. Products can be bought through an online store with shipping or through the Eufora affiliate link, and pickup can be arranged by texting the salon.

Hair services are by appointment only. Some can be booked online, or clients can call or text 978-710-5864. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged half the service, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full fee. Deposits may be required for services that take three hours or more. Payment is by cash, check or credit card, and tips can be paid by cash, check or Venmo. Hours are Tuesday 10am to 6pm, Wednesday noon to 8pm and Thursday 10am to 6pm, with Friday and Saturday by appointment. The salon is seeking licensed hair stylists or barbers, as well as apprentices and assistants.
