The salon is built for clients who have felt misunderstood in traditional salon settings. It aims to be a safe space where people feel seen and valued and leave knowing how to look after their own hair. Young girls are especially encouraged to embrace their natural curls.
The signature visit is a head spa experience that the business describes as a combined hair and scalp reset, which it calls a holistic full mind and body reset. Clients can start with a 30-minute consultation for $50, or book a service such as a Curly Shape Up, a Curly Aura Cut that includes education on caring for curls and styling techniques, or a Kids Curly Cut for children 12 and under that includes styling and product education.
Booking details: a 50% cancellation fee applies when notice is not given 24 hours ahead, and a 100% fee applies to a no-show without a call. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount and are final sale. Memberships apply their benefits automatically at in-store checkout when clients book as usual.
