The menu is organized into women's, men's, kids' and add-on groups, plus a separate list of services and styles. Women's options run from simple and small cornrows through box braids, jumbo and knotless styles, twists and boho braids, with lengths from short to mid-back and waist.

Pricing starts at $80 for cornrows, $60 for men's hair, $140 for kids' box braids and $160 for kids' knotless braids ages 7 to 12. Many braid styles start around $180 to $200 and rise with length. Appointment add-ons start at $30, shampoo is $30, cleaning is $50 and undoing existing hair is $50.

Booking has its own rules. A non-refundable $40 deposit secures each appointment and is deducted from the service total. Appointments can be cancelled at least 48 hours ahead through the confirmation email. There is a 15-minute grace period, after which a $25 late fee applies, and arriving 30 or more minutes late without contacting the salon results in cancellation and a $50 late fee. Balances are preferably paid in cash, with card and Zelle also accepted; card payments carry a $2.50 card fee that is not deducted from the total and a 4% transaction fee. Clients who are unhappy with a previous service have up to 3 days to raise a complaint.

The salon is open 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Walk-ins are accepted when the schedule allows, so calling ahead to check availability is the way to plan a visit.
