Adolescent and adult internal medicine is a core part of the practice, with ongoing management of asthma, arthritis, peptic ulcers, allergies, hypertension, high cholesterol and diabetes, plus routine women's health visits that include Pap smears. The clinic also treats childhood illnesses and injuries, gives immunizations including a yearly influenza vaccine, completes school, camp and sports physicals, and supports patients who want to stop smoking. For urgent problems that are not life-threatening, such as sprained joints, cuts, burns, influenza, fever and infections, patients can be seen the same day if they phone ahead. Occupational health services include DOT and CDL medical examinations, drug and alcohol testing, and wellness programs; according to the examiners, they are FMCSA certified. Green card applicants can have immigration medicals done by a civil surgeon authorized by USCIS. Weight management begins with a medical consultation, a full medical history, a physical exam and blood work, and follow-up visits review diet, exercise and progress. Medications include GLP-1 and dual GIP/GLP-1 options. The practice starts with FDA-approved medications through insurance, including prior authorizations where possible, and says compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide is considered only in limited situations such as allergy to inactive ingredients, supply shortages, access barriers or medically necessary individualized dosing. It notes that compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety and effectiveness. Surgical weight loss options are discussed, with referral to bariatric surgery when appropriate.

Parking is free behind the building and across the street, and metered street spaces are also available. Both offices close each day from noon to 1 pm for lunch. South Orange hours: Monday 9 to 5, Tuesday 8:30 to 4, Wednesday 9 to 5, Thursday 1 to 8, Friday 8:30 to 4. Union hours: Monday 9 to 6, Tuesday 1 to 8, Wednesday 9 to 5, Thursday and Friday 8:30 to 4.
