Balayage and color blending are the studio's core work. Services range from face-framing highlights and partial or full highlights to partial and full balayage, partial lowlights and a platinum service where every strand is foiled. Lightening services are paired with a toning gloss to neutralize unwanted tones, and a bonding treatment can be added to lightener and toner. For gray, there is a new-growth color option for coverage and a blending add-on for blonding or gray blending, which the studio notes does not fully cover gray.

Hair extensions are a major part of the menu. Options include tape-in installs, weft installations and moves, invisible weft installs, fusion and bead extensions, tinsel pieces, UV light extensions and clip-in trials, along with extension removal and blow-dry or styling with extensions. Haircuts and styling cover a standard cut, a textured cut for curly hair that includes blow dry and curl, a thermal iron style, a luxury blow dry and event styling for weddings and parties, including bridal, bridesmaid and wedding trial appointments.

Treatments include a clarifying treatment, a conditioning service, a keratin-based Keratherapy Express and Brazilian Renewal, and Wellaplex and Formula 18 treatments that can be added to color or lightening.

Booking details matter here. New clients should book a consultation before balayage, creative color or extension work; the consultation is complimentary and takes 30 minutes. A deposit is required on a first booking and a credit card must be kept on file. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice or a $50 fee applies, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service. Requests for adjustments after a visit must be made within a week and are made at no cost, though blow dry or styling is charged, and refunds are not given. Clients who arrive 30 minutes late may be charged for services that cannot be performed. Card payments carry a 3.5% convenience fee. Venmo is used for tips only, Zelle covers the full amount or a tip, and cash must be exact change. Clients can text 848-219-0148 with questions.

New clients are asked to book a consultation before balayage, creative color or extension services, so the plan is set before the appointment.
