The studio's menu is built around colour. Balayage comes in partial and full versions, and it can be paired with a haircut or a retouch of colour at the roots. Highlights come in mini, partial and full sizes, and all-over colour is offered as a single process from roots to ends. A glossing treatment, also called a toner, can be booked alone or added to other work. Colour correction is priced after a consultation, and a free colour consultation is offered beforehand.

Hair extensions are a specialty of the studio. Options include a consultation, a full installation (priced after consultation), a reinstallation, and a move-up. A free extension consultation is available. Hair tinsel can be booked alone or added to any service, with colour choices noted at booking.

The studio does not currently offer pixie cuts or men's cuts. Haircuts come in three lengths: a 45 minute cut for fine density or bob length hair, a 60 minute cut that is typical for new and returning guests, and a 75 minute cut for thick density or very long hair. Each includes a shampoo and style. Shampoo and blowdry is also available on its own.

Policies are set out clearly. Changes should be made at least 24 hours ahead. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full scheduled total, and guests arriving more than 15 minutes late are rescheduled and charged the same. Services may be adjusted by the stylist, and the full scheduled total is still charged at checkout. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Services are personalized to each guest's lifestyle, and the studio says it uses sustainable products with the aim of making a positive difference to the environment.
