Color work starts with a free consultation, where a stylist talks through color options based on preference, skin tone and hair type. New clients send a current hair photo and a photo of the look they want to the salon concierge before their first appointment. Prices are customized and can rise above the starting price depending on hair density, texture, the look chosen, current condition and length. Options range from gloss, which refreshes tone and fades with washing rather than replacing permanent color, to full color, foil highlights and hand-painted balayage. A blowout can be added to a gloss for an extra $25.

Hair extensions are done with Amplify Hair Extensions, which the salon uses exclusively. The line is professional-only, comes in a wide range of colors and lengths, and is described as 100% cuticle-intact Remy human hair. Hand tied, sew-in and tape-in options are available, with extensions colored to match the client's hair. Hand tied and tape-in extensions are stocked, so they can often be applied the same day as the consultation, which is also free. Extensions can add volume or length, correct a haircut, or create a custom color without chemicals.

Brow and makeup services include brow waxing, mapping and shaping, brow tinting, brow lamination, and powder ombre brows by the in-salon makeup artist and powder brow specialist Yuri Medrano. Powder ombre brows are applied with a handheld machine and cartridge to create a soft gradient with no harsh outline, and can be built from light to dark. The salon says these last two to three years and describes powder brows as suited to all skin types. Brow appointments require a current brow photo, which the team collects after booking so the right appointment time is set. Clients who had powder brows done elsewhere send photos first to confirm an annual touch-up is the right service.

Bridal services can be done in the salon or on location at the client's venue. Options include a bridal hair or makeup preview, a wedding-day package for hair or makeup, and a bridal party and guest hair styling option for bridesmaids, mothers, flower girls and guests. Bridal requests go through the salon's scheduling link or a consultation request. Appointment requests are answered by a team member within 24 hours. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; late cancellations are charged 50% of the service, and same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged the full amount. The salon does not offer refunds, but guests who are not satisfied can contact the salon within five days for complimentary adjustments, which are scheduled with the original stylist.

The salon customizes color and extension work to each client's preferences, hair and goals, starting with consultations and a photo review before the first visit.
