The salon's focus is the Russian e-file manicure, which it describes as one of the strongest techniques in the trade. Its stated aim is to help clients appreciate the look of their natural nails. Services use an e-file drill for shaping, free-edge work and cuticle care, with gel polish available for longer wear. The salon says it uses safe products and properly disinfected tools.

Menu services are grouped into manicures, pedicures, add-ons such as repairs and extensions, nail art designs, and removals for gel, shellac, acrylic and SNS. Manicure and pedicure prices are tiered into Master and Top Master levels, and the e-file pedicure can be done with or without gel polish. Men and clients with gel allergies can book the non-gel Russian e-file manicure.

Booking is by deposit. A nonrefundable deposit reserves the appointment and counts toward the service, and online booking asks for a 50% prepayment. Clients can reschedule online up to 72 hours ahead; changes or no-shows within 24 hours are charged the scheduled services minus the deposit. Arriving more than 10 minutes late adds a $15 fee, and arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the appointment and charges the full amount. Problems with nails can be reported within 72 hours for a complimentary fix. Services are final sale, children are not permitted in the studio, and adult companions may wait in the lobby. Gift cards are available.

The studio also runs group education courses in Russian e-file techniques, taught in English and Russian, with a certificate on completion. Options include a three-day beginner course, and one-day intermediate courses in e-file manicure, nail extensions and e-file redicure.
