Hair diagnosis assesses protein and moisture levels, porosity and scalp condition, and comes with a personalized product plan and guidance on how and how often to use products.

Clients should plan around the studio's policies: arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to rescheduling, cancellations under 24 hours carry a 50% charge, no-shows are charged in full to the card on file, and refunds are not given.
