A visit begins with a consultation about the look the client wants and an examination of their natural lashes. Under-eye pads are placed during application to keep lower lashes separated. Appointments end with aftercare guidance and advice on when to book the next refill. A classic full set takes about 1.5 to 2 hours, and volume or hybrid sets take about 2 to 2.5 hours. Refills are recommended every 2 to 4 weeks, since natural lashes shed on a growth cycle of roughly 6 to 8 weeks.

Brow services cover threading, shaping, tinting, henna and lamination. Threading is done with twisted cotton thread instead of hot wax or chemicals. Henna is a semi-permanent option made from a natural plant dye, applied without needles. Tinting is also semi-permanent: it colours the brow hairs while leaving a faint stain on the surrounding skin. According to the studio, tint lasts about 4 to 6 weeks, threading about 2 to 4 weeks, and henna stains up to 2 weeks on the skin and up to 6 weeks on the hairs.
