Color is a major part of the menu. Options range from mini foil, root retouch and all-over color to partial and full highlights, balayage and toner, gloss or glaze treatments. Color correction requires a consultation before the appointment, and stylists may recommend more than one session. Hair extensions include clip-ins that use the client's own hair, semi-permanent tape-in wefts and sew-ins stitched into a beaded foundation. Event hair covers bridal styling and updos, and the menu includes facial waxing for the chin, lip, eyebrows and face. The salon does not offer makeup services.
Treatments include Brazilian Blowout, a semi-permanent liquid keratin smoothing treatment that lasts up to 12 weeks and takes about 90 to 120 minutes, offered by Ashley, Meagan, Andréa and Abby. The Malibu Treatment is a vegan, chemical-free clarifying treatment that removes mineral buildup, chlorine and oxidation. Deep conditioning is also available.
Each stylist sets their own prices and service offerings, and starting prices are listed on the service menu. Clients can book online, by calling the salon, or by messaging a stylist directly. Both locations are open Monday through Thursday from 9AM to 8PM and Friday through Saturday from 9AM to 3PM. Product purchases are final sale, except items that arrive damaged or broken, which may be exchanged within seven days.
Cancellation rules differ by location. Chisago City asks for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations, requires a credit card on file to reserve color appointments, and charges 50% of the scheduled color total for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice. It may also require a deposit for future bookings after one no-show. Forest Lake has no salon-wide cancellation policy, but individual stylists may ask for 24-hour notice or a booking deposit.
