The salon is a mix of employee stylists and independent stylists, each with their own specialties and areas of focus. Independent stylists work under their own names, and the salon also welcomes chair rentals and employee applicants through its contact form.

Hair extensions are a major part of the menu. The salon offers hand tied, machine tied and Q-Weft wefts, K-tip keratin strips, tape-in and VLight bonded extensions. Extension experts are certified in several installation methods, and consultations are free and held in person; clients call to schedule. Extensions are custom and cannot be returned.

Lash and brow services are offered by Janell, the salon's lash specialist. Color services range from One Step Color to balayage and root balayage, and texture services include perms, spiral perms, an Express Smoothing Treatment and a Brazilian Blowout. Prices are starting prices, and the salon takes walk-ins when there is availability. Hours are Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 8:00pm, Friday and Saturday 9:00am to 3:00pm, and the salon is closed Sundays.
