A new client begins with the New Client Facial, which includes an in-depth consultation followed by a corrective facial. Clients who prefer to start remotely can book a $50 virtual consultation, where skin, triggers and current routine are reviewed and a customized plan is created; that fee is applied to the first treatment if the client goes ahead. Returning clients actively following a plan can book a Maintenance Facial, and some advanced treatments may call for a consultation or a preparatory facial first.

For acne, the Acne Bootcamp is a structured program that combines a consultation, a first corrective treatment, a customized home-care regimen and ongoing check-ins. Enrolled clients continue with follow-up treatments every two to three weeks. The studio says the bootcamp guidance is provided by a Face Reality Acne Expert.

Advanced Corrective Treatments, for returning clients, may draw on enzyme therapy, custom chemical peels or spicule-based treatments. The ProCell Microchanneling Treatment is offered as a corrective option for acne scarring, hyperpigmentation, texture and fine lines.

A non-refundable $50 deposit is due at booking and is applied to the total service cost. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead; later cancellations are charged 50% of the service balance, and no-shows without notice are charged the remaining balance in full. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean a shortened service at the full price. Appointments are one-on-one, and clients should disclose skin conditions, allergies, medications and recent treatments before their visit. Hours are Tuesday through Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM and Friday and Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM, with the studio closed Sunday and Monday.

Each service is shaped around the client's own skin, lifestyle and goals, and the aim is for clients to feel confident keeping up their skin at home.
