The Bespoke Facial starts at $115 and runs 90 minutes; after a skin analysis at the appointment, the technique and products are selected for the individual's skin. Other facials are built around specific concerns, including The Reset Facial for acne-prone skin, the Oxigen Calm Facial for rosacea-prone skin, and an Anti Aging Facial aimed at fine lines. The Glass Skin Treatment, Luxury Facial, Peeling Session, a salmon-based PDRN facial, and the Hydro-Diamond Clear, which pairs diamond-tip exfoliation with hydration using Zemits technology, round out the list.

Brows and lashes are a major focus. Options include henna brows, brow lamination, several lash styles from classic to volume, lash lift with tint, and lash removal for clients whose extensions were applied elsewhere. Permanent makeup for brows or lips is priced from $180 and takes 90 minutes or more. Waxing covers brows, moustache and chin, underarms, legs, and the Brazilian, with depilation also offered in sessions or packages.

Booking policies are set out clearly. Services are reserved with a deposit that varies by service, typically $5 to $50. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours ahead. Arriving 10 minutes late carries a $15 late fee, and arriving 15 minutes late counts as a cancellation with the full appointment value charged to the card on file. Clients are asked to arrive early because parking is limited. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval before the appointment.

Monthly membership plans range from $110 to $180. The Basic plan includes a Bespoke Facial or dermaplaning and 10% off products, with advanced treatments carrying an extra fee. Higher tiers pair a facial with a Brazilian wax, depilation of the Brazilian or full legs, or a full set of classic or wet-style lashes, and the Gold plan includes a monthly deep facial with depilation of the underarms, neck, or bikini line. Member benefits apply automatically at checkout in store when clients book as usual.

Facials are chosen for each client after a skin analysis, with a range of targeted treatments for specific skin concerns.
