Facials are shaped around each client's skin concerns and goals, which are settled in person at the appointment. A 60-minute custom facial and a 90-minute version are offered. The shorter facial can include dermaplaning, a chemical peel that needs no downtime, enzyme therapy, an oxygen mask, extractions when needed, cooling globes, and massage of the face, neck, shoulders and scalp. The longer version adds carboxy and firming peptide treatments. A free 30-minute skin consultation is available, and a shorter 30-minute Dermaplane Express Facial pairs dermaplaning with a chemical or enzyme exfoliant and scalp massage. Lash and brow work includes Korean lash lifts, which curl natural lashes and typically last six to eight weeks, lash tints matched to a chosen shade, brow lamination that smooths and sets brow hairs, and custom brow tints. Waxing covers the lip, chin, brows and underarms. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; later cancellations are charged 50% of the service, and no-shows are charged the full amount to the card on file. New clients pay a non-refundable deposit of $15 to $35 depending on the service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards are sold through the website.
