Each visit begins with a consultation that covers skin care goals, concerns and day-to-day lifestyle, and the results shape a routine built for that client.
Facials are not one fixed package. Clients choose a 60, 90 or 120-minute custom facial and the treatment is designed around their skin care needs. Every facial includes a full consultation, cleanse, facial massage and mask, and depending on the time booked, may add aromatherapy, resurfacing treatments, high frequency, a hot stone facial massage, or a hand and feet scrub.
Brow services include tinting, waxing, and a combined brow wax and tint. Waxing is offered on the lip, chin, cheeks, underarms, arms, chest, legs and back, with a full-face option that bundles brows, lip, cheeks and chin together. Stand-alone consultations are also available, and their $30 fee is credited toward the client's next facial.
Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 12 PM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 11 AM to 4 PM; the studio is closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment incur a 50% fee of the total price, and no-shows are charged 50% of all services booked. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final.
Treatments are planned around each client's skin care needs, with the length of the facial chosen by the client.
