The studio says its mission is to help every client look and feel their best, with care built on compassion, integrity, ethics and genuine relationships. It describes its approach as a modern take on luxury skincare that pairs elevated treatments and expert care with a welcoming atmosphere, grounded in advanced education and ongoing training.

A visit begins with a consultation covering skin concerns, goals, lifestyle and current routine. Treatments are then tailored to the client, and recommendations are based on what suits the client's skin rather than on high-pressure sales. The treatment space is open-concept, intended as an alternative to a traditional spa setting, and the team is made up of licensed estheticians. Appointments need at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and a card is kept on file when booking online or by phone.

Group facials are offered for up to five guests, each receiving a customized facial; pricing is available on request, and group facials do not include exclusive use of the space. Private events for groups of five or more, such as birthdays, bridal and baby showers, bachelorette parties and girls' days, can be booked with exclusive use of the studio. Guests may bring their own food, beverages and decorations. Private event bookings require a $150 non-refundable booking fee and a $100 deposit applied toward the total cost.

Each visit opens with a consultation about skin concerns, goals, lifestyle and routine, and treatments are customized to the individual client.
