The facial menu ranges from a 30-minute express facial with cleansing, extractions and a shoulder massage to an hour-long Glow Up Facial with custom deep pore cleansing and LED light. There is a teen facial that includes a first month of take-home skincare, a facial designed for men with a beard oil step, and an Acne Glow Facial that combines deep cleansing, steam, extractions, high-frequency treatment, a blue LED session, an enzyme step and customized product application. The Needle-Less Botox Facial uses the peptide Argireline; the spa says it helps ease expression lines by affecting how nerves signal muscles. The spa notes this facial is not suitable for thinned or fragile skin, rosacea or pregnancy. First-time visitors can book a 15-minute consultation for $25, which includes a skin analysis under a facial machine and a discussion of products.

Body services include Wood Therapy, which uses specially designed wooden tools to sculpt, tone and encourage circulation, offered as a single hour-long session or a four-session package. A Back Facial & Mask Treatment combines back cleansing, body brush exfoliation, massage, a mask, a hot stone and citrus oil. A Home Back Facial can be done at the client's home with a massage bed setup. Post-surgery manual lymphatic drainage is offered after surgeon approval, per session or as a package of four.

Waxing covers the lip, chin, nose, underarm, bikini, Brazilian and legs, with an underarm wax-plus-detox option. The Vagacial, also called the Kitty Facial, is described on the site as treating ingrown hairs and smoothing the bikini line.

Clients can book online through the website. Hours are Monday and Wednesday 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm, Friday 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, and Saturday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm; the spa is closed Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. The no-show policy states that payments are non-refundable and a payment is forfeited if the client does not arrive for a scheduled appointment.
