Injectable treatments are followed by a return visit two to three weeks later. A complimentary medical aesthetics consultation is offered.

Facial services include Facial Rejuvenation and customized facials, which are adjusted to the skin on the day of each visit and can cover the face, neck and décolleté. Facials usually run 45 to 75 minutes, and many clients book one each month to keep skin hydrated and clear. Microneedling is available as SkinPen treatment, single or in a series about four weeks apart, and as SylfirmX RF microneedling, which pairs microneedling with radiofrequency energy. Fractional CO2 laser resurfacing and COOLPEEL are offered as skin resurfacing options and begin with a consultation to confirm candidacy. Skin analysis is performed with Aura and covers texture, tone, hydration, congestion, sensitivity, pigmentation and signs of aging; it does not require a specific concern and can lead to product recommendations.

The Medical Spa Membership costs $179 a month, with the amount banked to a patient wallet that does not expire. Members save $1 per unit of neurotoxin and $50 on any filler or biostimulator treatment, receive 10% off facials, microneedling, RF microneedling, chemical peels and in-office retail skincare, and get 5% off package treatments. Members also receive a complimentary monthly Vitamin B12 injection and invitations to member-only events. Existing patients who refer a new patient, and that new patient, each receive $100 off treatments of $400 or more. The practice offers e-gift certificates, third-party payment plans through PatientFi, and accepts Cherry Pay and Klarna. Loyalty reward programs from Dysport, Restylane, Sculptra, Jeuveau, Xeomin and Radiesse are also accepted.
