Lash visits begin with a request to remove contacts and eye makeup beforehand. Extensions range from weekend flare lashes and classic sets up to hybrid, anime and 3D-style Luxe sets. Fills are priced by how long it has been since the last set: days 3 through 14 fall under the two-week fill, days 15 through 21 under the three-week fill, and anything after day 21 is treated as a new set. Fills on lashes applied by another technician carry an up charge, and fills do not cover another technician's work, so clients are asked to check before booking.

Brow services include waxing and shaping, tinting that lasts one to two weeks, brow lamination, and an optional makeup fill-in using an Anastasia Beverly Hills eyebrow line. Shaping for clients who use retinol or acne medication is done with tweezing and a brow razor. Lip wax results can last three to six weeks depending on regrowth, and nose waxing is done with Satin Smooth hard wax and waxing sticks.

Permanent ombre brows are offered to clients 18 and older. A first session takes about two and a half to three hours and is done under a topical anesthetic, with healing described as seven to 14 days. Results can last one to three years, and a touch-up at four to six weeks is recommended for the best outcome. Clients who had permanent brow work from another artist are asked to contact the salon before booking a touch-up, and permanent makeup is not recommended for clients with certain conditions on the salon's disqualification list.

A house call or travel option is available with a $400 minimum and a four-hour visit, where clients choose brow or lash services. The salon's site shows a 5.0 rating from 373 reviews.
