Glow Labs Facial Bar offers a wide facial menu, from short targeted facials to customized treatments for exfoliation, acne, hydration, deep cleansing and anti-aging concerns. The Custom Glow Facial is tailored to the concern at hand, and the 30-minute Glow & Go Mini Facial is priced at $95.

Peels and laser are a major part of the menu. Biorepeel is a 30% TCA peel made in Italy, offered in three options; the business calls it the most innovative peel on the market. The Chemical Peel targets texture, sun damage and pigmentation. Vipeel is a medical-grade peel with about seven to ten days of downtime, with aftercare included; the business describes it as its strongest and only medical-grade peel. The Laser Facial uses Laser Genesis and IPL for clients who are suitable candidates, and Clear + Brilliant is a non-ablative laser facial with no downtime, offered in four options and not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. For clients who want no downtime, the Oxygenating Trio is a three-step peel alternative, which the business calls its ultimate glass skin treatment, and the Jet Hydra Peel Infusion Facial uses a jet stream of oxygen with custom serums.

Treatments focused on relaxation and drainage are also on the menu. The Relaxation Facial emphasizes soothing and massage rather than extractions. The Lymphatic Detox Facial combines Japanese Tanaka massage with lymphatic drainage and leaves out extractions, and the Buccal Facial combines myofascial release, face-lift massage and lymphatic drainage. The Osmosis Infusion Facial uses Osmosis MD powders and serums and includes a choice of microcurrent or gua sha. The Pregnancy Glow Facial uses only ingredients and products that are safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and the Party Prep Mini Peel is a quick brightening peel with no downtime that is safe for all skin types and for pregnant or breastfeeding clients. Add-ons such as PDRN Boost, dermaplaning (which must be added to a mini or full facial), microcurrent, microdermabrasion, LED and infrared therapy, and Hydrogen Dome Therapy can be added to a visit, along with a 15-minute beard facial for $30.

Before a visit, clients are asked to complete the health forms sent by text and to arrive five to ten minutes early for paperwork. Makeup is not worn to the appointment. For seven days before, clients avoid waxing, laser, sunburn and self-tanning; they avoid filler for two weeks. Acids and exfoliants are avoided for three days before and after a facial, and retinoids for a week before and after. Appointments are rescheduled if a client has an active cold sore. After treatment, retinol and acids are avoided for at least 72 hours and makeup waits 24 hours. The Glow & Go Mini Facial has no grace period for late arrivals, and Extra Extractions are not available with it.

Massage is offered by two massage therapists, and the Flow Massage is a 50-minute session priced at $120 with Elayne. Gift cards can be bought online in amounts of $70, $90, $100 or $120, or for a custom amount.
