The salon and spa share the second floor of the building. Visitors enter at the front, head up the stairs, and check in at the front desk, which also takes bookings for salon services. Drivers can use a lot beside the building that is reserved for private use, and public spaces are available at the rear.

The business describes its atmosphere as comfortable, relaxed and modern. It says it aims for results-driven services and current wellness techniques without the price or formality of traditional luxury. The salon says its stylists are expert, its massage therapists are licensed, and it uses premium products and current techniques. Men's visits include a relaxation area with refreshments, and male therapists are available on request.

Facial options run from a 45-minute teen facial to a 75-minute ISDIN peptide facial, with a customized signature facial and several anti-aging treatments. Massage choices include Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, a herbal poultice massage and reflexology, and multi-visit series can be bought in packs of three, six or twelve at special pricing. Gift cards and e-gift cards are available, and E-Club members receive discounts and specials.

Appointments of one hour or more require a 50% deposit, and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows forfeit it. Late arrivals receive service for the remaining time with the full fee expected, so the salon recommends booking several appointments ahead. The salon is closed on Sundays in July and August, and special occasions are booked by appointment.
