Facials are the core of the practice. Each one is customized to what the skin needs that day, suits every skin type, and aims to support the skin's natural balance rather than override it. The Mila Signature is a 75-minute facial for new and returning clients, priced at $260. It begins with a skin assessment and double cleanse, then moves through tailored exfoliation, extractions as needed, the facial itself, and massage of the neck and decollete. A custom treatment mask is followed by finishing care with serums, moisturizer, eye care and SPF. For acne and hyperpigmentation, products and techniques are adapted within the same visit.

First-time clients are booked into the Mila Signature and receive a complimentary 15-minute skin consultation before treatment; they are asked to arrive 15 minutes early. Treatments use Circadia and Eminence Organics professional skincare, and Circadia is also available to buy online through a retailer. Digital gift cards come in fixed amounts or a custom value and are delivered by email within 24 hours. Clients should give 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, as late cancellations may carry a 50% fee and no-shows are charged in full. Bookings can be requested by email or by phone. Parking includes free street parking on nearby streets, metered spaces on San Vicente Boulevard, two-hour and full-day lots across the street, and valet through the back alley.
