The studio focuses on lash extensions. Its menu covers four set styles: classic, hybrid, volume and wet.

A classic set places one lash on each natural lash for even coverage and a defined, natural look. Volume sets use hand-crafted fans for a denser, fuller effect. Hybrid sets mix classic and hand-made volume lashes for a darker lash line, and wet sets use narrow closed fans for a textured, wet-looking finish. Bottom lashes can be added to a set.

Appointments are timed by service, from 30 minutes for removal, bottom lashes and touch-ups up to two hours for full sets and larger fills. The studio is open on weekday evenings Monday through Thursday, and on Friday daytime, Saturday and Sunday.

Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no mascara, eyeliner or strip lash glue, and to avoid oil-based skincare and makeup around the eyes that day. Aftercare guidance covers keeping lashes dry for the first 24 hours, cleaning and brushing them daily, and avoiding heat near the face. Cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment and no-shows carry a 50% fee, and appointments are canceled after a 15-minute grace period.
