Glow By Elle, also referred to as Glow Wellness Spa, is based on the second floor of a building on Germantown Pike in Lafayette Hill. The business is built around skincare education and guided treatments, with its founder leading the facial work herself.

The signature offering is the private spa party. A group books exclusive use of the space and receives a guided mini facial, a personalized skin analysis, and a Glow Bar with face masks, aromatherapy and light refreshments. Parties suit birthdays, girls' days out, bridal celebrations, corporate wellness and small self-care gatherings, and groups need at least six guests. Three tiers are offered, and optional add-ons such as chair massage, a Bloom Bar, live DJ, balloon decor, professional photography and dessert or charcuterie tables can be added.
