Elle is the owner and CEO of Glow Wellness Spa. She has worked in the beauty industry for nearly 25 years. She holds a PA aesthetician license and is a certified Connect Master HydraFacialist. She leads the facial portion of spa parties. Her approach centers on learning each client's skin and shaping a skincare ritual around their goals, and she created the Prep, Ellevate, Hydrate and Protect Glow Code to keep routines simple.
