The studio is open Monday and Tuesday from noon to 8 PM, Wednesday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and Thursday from 11 AM to 6 PM. It is closed Friday through Sunday.

The studio is described as a welcoming and comfortable space. Michelle Rollins describes it as a new chapter in her career. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total, and missed appointments without notice may be charged the full total. A deposit or prepayment may be required before future appointments are booked, and clients are asked to call 774-235-5369 as early as possible to cancel.
