Both locations also rent salon suites to independent hairstylists who want to run their own business. Suites are newly renovated and have natural light, and rent includes utilities, Wi-Fi and a break room. Renters also get a waiting room, security, education and events, an on-site Goldwell color store and on-site washers and dryers, along with discounts on H2T med spa services. Starting a suite requires a Board of Cosmetology inspection of the space and a town business certificate. The business suggests stylists move into their own suite once they have steady clientele and income that covers rent in one week.

Haircuts start at $60, clipper cuts at $40, and shampoo and blow dry at $45. Children's haircuts are $35 for ages 10 and under and $50 for ages 10 to 15, and bang trims are $15. Color options include root touch-ups from $75, highlights, balayage and foil, with haircut bundles for several of them. Gray blending uses the Redken Shades ALK line, with a customized look set up in a consultation that can be scheduled by phone. Add-ons include Olaplex, deep conditioning, color gloss, K18 treatments and faceframe foil. Up-dos start at $95 for special occasions and $125 for bridal. Custom hair extensions are installed by Hair by John, and a Brazilian Blowout costs $350 and includes take-home shampoo and conditioner.

H2T Skin & Laser is a clinical skincare and aesthetic med spa attached to the salon, offering medical-grade skin care. Its service groups are injectables, skin care, laser treatments, body contouring, wellness therapies, men's health and hair restoration. The center describes its treatments as innovative medical-grade aesthetic treatments.

Color services are tailored to each client, and gray blending is arranged during a consultation. The med spa is led by physicians and covers medical aesthetics, wellness, hormone optimization and hair restoration.
