GLOSS Salons runs two locations in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Montgomery location is at 9409 Montgomery Road and is reached from I-71, while the Anderson Township location at 7251 Beechmont Avenue is reached from I-275.

Booking policies: clients place a valid credit card on file when they book. Only the client receiving a service may be in the salon, and children are only allowed if they have a scheduled appointment. Changes and cancellations need at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the appointment price, no-shows are charged the full service price, and clients who do not pay those charges must settle the full appointment price before booking again. The salon may require advance payment from clients with a history of cancellations or no-shows. Clients more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment rescheduled. Confirmation texts go out 48 hours before an appointment, and changes can be sent by Instagram direct message or email.
