The team covers a wide range of work: color and highlight techniques, razor cuts and children's haircuts, perms and roller sets, tape-in and u-tip extensions, Gel X and dipping powder nails, nail art, and skin care in the facial room. Stylists here have been working in the business for many years, some for three or four decades.

Visits take place at styling stations or in the facial and massage room. The salon is open Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm, with Sunday visits by appointment. The waiting room has a small gift corner with collectibles and gifts such as small cacti, hats, pottery and jewelry. Many pieces are made by team members or their clients, and the selection changes through the year.

Stylists share what they learn with one another so clients get current styles and trends. Each stylist keeps a personal client book, separate from the owner and other stylists.
