Men's haircuts begin at $35, and women's cuts with a blowout begin at $60. These haircut rates don't cover very long or very dense hair, and some styling after the cut may be charged separately. Color pricing starts at $50 for a gloss, $80 for a root touch-up, and $85 for a gloss paired with a haircut. Single-process color begins at $95, a partial highlight at $110, and a full highlight or balayage at $150. Color correction is charged at $98 an hour or more. Color rates don't cover very long or very dense hair, hair that has been colored before, or damaged hair, and extra products or extra time add to the cost. Extension pricing is set after a consultation. Lash extensions are also available.

Brows by Ella is the salon's dedicated brow line. Services include machine shading, ombre and powder brows, microblading, and New Custom Perfect Brows, which uses a feathering technique for a natural look. The salon says its brow professionals hold many advanced brow tattooing certifications. A numbing cream is applied before brow procedures. A microblading session takes about 2 to 3 hours including consultation, and an eyebrow tattooing session takes about 2 hours including consultation and design. Brow designs take into account face shape and skin type, and the client has the final say. Microblading typically lasts 12 to 18 months with annual touch-ups recommended, and healing takes about 7 to 14 days with brows kept dry for the first 7 days. Eyebrow tattoos are permanent but may fade, and clients typically touch up every few years. A 4 to 6 week touch up refreshes brows and adds dimension where needed. The Mini Session is done approximately 10 months after the first brow appointment, usually no later than 14 months, and costs $200.

Clients can book by calling or texting (916) 760-8222. The salon requires 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. It is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and closed on Sunday.
