Hair work includes custom color, balayage and a range of extension methods, among them k-tip, I-tip, weft, tape-in, hybrid, halo and nano. Halo extensions sit on top of the head with a nearly invisible wire and require no commitment.

Facials and skin treatments are priced from $70 for the LED red light therapy facial and the Express Facial, a 30-minute service. The Gloss Signature Facial runs 60 minutes at $130, the First Time Client Facial is $160 and includes a consultation, skin analysis and customized mask, and dermaplaning, which uses a surgical blade to remove dead skin and fine vellus hair, is $175. Chemical peel and microneedling options include a TCA peel (BioRePeel) at $275, microneedling at $345, and BioRePeel combined with microneedling up to 1mm at $450. The salon says the peel is no-downtime.

Head spa sessions take place in a private area of the salon and begin with a microscopic scalp analysis. The Refresh and the signature Gloss Head Spa include heated robes, massage and herbal tea. The salon says its prices reflect the expertise, education and care of its stylists, and that the team is trained in the newest techniques in hair and skin. It does not use a tiered stylist system; stylists are chosen for skill and creativity.
