On the hair side, services run from color and cuts to texture and smoothing, styling, in-salon treatments and extensions. Smoothing and straightening options include Cezanne classic smoothing, Pro Addiction treatments, Brazilian Blowout, Liscio and Matrix Opti-Smooth, along with perm curl services. Extensions range from clip-in and Halo styles to K-tip, tape-in, weft and hand tied installations, offered in more than 100 color combinations and lengths. Extension consultations carry a $50 fee that is applied to the total, and booking requires a credit card on file and a non-refundable $50 deposit. Changes need at least 72 hours notice.

The facial menu ranges from express 30-minute sessions to customized treatments of 60 to 75 minutes, and the salon suggests a facial every four to six weeks. First-time guests can book a First Guest Skin Experience, which begins with a skin consultation and includes free LED light therapy and a skincare sample. The Define Custom Facial is built around a skin analysis, the Age Defying Facial combines enzymatic treatments, LED and gua sha over 75 minutes, and the Ultimate Medi Infusion Facial is a 60-minute medical grade option. Facial partners include Osmosis MD Beauty, PCA and Osea Malibu. Microneedling with concentrated serum infusions starts with a skin evaluation, cleansing, exfoliation and a professional-grade peel, and it is offered as a single session or a series of three or six.

The spa menu also includes nail care, facial and body waxing, lashes and brows, body services, massage and spray tans. Each spa service is said to be delivered by licensed professionals. Guests can use a private changing room with robes and wraps, relax in a lounge, and finish with a warm herbal tea. The space is fully accessible, with accessible parking, ramps and treatment rooms, and guests with accommodation needs are asked to let the salon know in advance.

Hours are Tuesday 8 am to 9 pm, Wednesday and Thursday 10 am to 9 pm, Friday 8 am to 7 pm and Saturday 8 am to 4 pm, with Sunday and Monday closed. Bridal services can be done in a second-floor bridal loft at the salon, with no extra charge for parties of four or more, or off-site with a full salon setup at a location the client chooses.
