Husaina founded Glory Locz and works there as its owner and loctician. She first studied real estate before moving into natural hair care, and she has provided loc care through the business for four years.

Services are organized into groups. Crown Care covers retwisting, washing with retwisting, basic styling and crochet maintenance. Start Your Loc Journey covers starter locs, loc extensions and a full crown extension package. Specialty Loc Services includes model appointments and two-strand twists for natural loose hair, and Crown Enhancements & Care offers washes, warm steam treatments, loc detox, bead sprinkle installation, consultations and styling-only appointments.

Booking works on a deposit. An appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received, and the remaining balance is due on the day. Deposits cannot be transferred to another person. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice; with proper notice the deposit may be moved once to a new date. Late arrivals get a 15-minute grace period, and arriving later than that may lead to adjustment, rescheduling or cancellation.

For more involved work, final pricing and service eligibility may change after an in-person assessment, and recommended changes are discussed before any service is performed. Excessive buildup, matting or repairs not in the original booking may need extra time, an additional fee or a new appointment. Guests are asked not to attend unless they are receiving a service or accompanying a minor, and children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Payments for completed services are nonrefundable, and any service concerns should be raised within 48 hours of the appointment.
