The menu is grouped into color, haircuts, men's hair, bridal, add-on treatments and kids' cuts. Color work covers highlights, balayage, all over color, root touch-ups and gray coverage, with blonding and dimensional looks as a particular strength. Women's cuts include wet and dry cuts, blowouts and an executive blowout. Men's services range from tapers and fades to beard trims and combined cut and beard options. Bridal packages cover hair and make up for the bride, bridesmaids, mothers of the bride or groom, and flower girls. Kids' cuts are offered for children ages 0 to 8.

Visits are by appointment only, and bookings, group reservations and gift cards are made through the salon's Blvd booking page. Hours are Monday 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Tuesday through Thursday 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM, Friday 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Credit card information is required at booking. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and shorter notice carries a fee of half the missed service. A no-show without a phone call is charged in full to the card on file, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling with a fee of a quarter of the booked services. Clients who are not satisfied are asked to say so at the time or within 48 hours, and a complimentary one-time redo is offered within a week. Refunds are not issued, but a corrective service is offered free of charge, except where the client requested a specific result the stylist followed. Retail products can be returned within 14 days for salon credit. Gift certificates are valid for two years from purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult during consultations, and a signed consent form is needed before a minor receives a chemical service.
