Before a first lash appointment, clients can have a short consultation at no cost to help choose a style, and a consultation can also be added to any service for a first-time client on request. Lash designs are mapped to each client individually, based on natural curl, thickness, length and eye shape. The salon offers several extension styles, from a classic set with one lash per natural lash to a volume set with multiple lashes per natural lash, plus a hybrid option that mixes the two. The Petite Classic Set is recommended for first-time extension clients.

Flat lashes with a flat, oval base are used in the Petite Classic, Unlimited Classic and Hybrid Sets, and the salon says this base bonds more effectively with natural lashes than rounded lashes. Existing extensions can be refilled, and clients new to the salon with extensions that are at least half remaining and in good condition can book a Foreign Fill. If old extensions are in poor condition, a full removal may be needed first.

On the brow side, the salon offers waxing and shaping to a natural or thinner shape, including edge brows, as well as brow lamination to set brow hairs in place for four to eight weeks, depending on the hair cycle. Henna Brows is an organic tint that can fill sparse areas or cover grey or white brows. According to the salon, the tint stains the skin for up to 14 days and the hair for about four to six weeks, and it is 99.5% natural with no ammonia or peroxides. The salon describes its setting as comfortable and luxurious and its lash extension techniques as state-of-the-art.
